Cancellation and Booking Policy

We understand that plans change and can offer refunds of advanced deposits within 24 hours prior to booked delivery date.  In the event that a last-minute cancellation occurs the personal shopping fee plus grocery bill will need to be reimbursed to us even if you cancel.

Please note that all bookings are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.  We will email a confirmation within 24 hours of booking.

Advanced deposit is required to reserve date.  The remaining grocery bill plus 20% is due the day of delivery.  An invoice will be emailed on delivery day with a copy of the grocery bill receipt.  A $50 late fee will be added after 48 hours of invoice delivery.  We accept credit card payments with a 2.7% processing fee and Venmo payments.

Grocery list and order is due 48 hours prior to delivery date.
